Booking agents are only authorized to act in Dylan Drazen's name on
agreements between themselves and event planners based on previous express
written consent from Dylan Drazen to booking agent, otherwise a multi-party
contract must be signed on a per-booking basis between Dylan Drazen, booking
agent, and event planner. A written contract is required for all North
American bookings, or any other booking handled directly by Dylan Drazen.
